Welcome to the Umanaya Tribe! A “Human Heart” family

We invite you to join us for a four-day journey to explore the many ways of connecting with your heart and expressing what lies within, nurturing a sense of true freedom.
For this winter edition we will go a little bit more inward, enjoying more cosy/community times with a more intimate groupe.

Freedom to dance however you wish – alone or with others.
Freedom to sing – whether it’s just for yourself or in creation with others.
Freedom to play – expressing your inner child.
Connected to the Earth allowing your body to be moved by the flow of Life.

Held by the tribe we become mirrors of Light and Shadow
Uplifted by the group we can support each other to grow.
Our dances and sounds will be our prayers
To lift the energy of us and the world higher
Releasing blockages through the freedom of expression
We connect our hearts and remember that we are one.

What will we do?
Our program offers a wide range of experiences.

There will be mind-spirit-body practices, element rituals, fire gatherings, drumming, ice bath, sauna sessions, nourishing food and most importantly—deep human connection.

We will create music and experiences that invite you to explore movement and dance.
We will give you tools to create music together, expressing sounds through instruments and voices.
Sound and Movement are the basic mediums that humans use to reach unity and ecstatic states.
Opening for self-healing, letting the life-force energy flow through us.

Tickets
We want to enable everyone to join this experience, therefore we choose a flexible ticket system where you can choose to pay a little bit more, if you can, in order to help someone that can only afford to pay a bit less. Like this we can support each other within the tribe and balance each other.

Therefore the three price categories:

A: You support the tribe
B: Standard
C: You are supported by the tribe

The ticket price includes everything: accommodation, food and facilitation.
The price depends on the accomodation and the category you are choosing:
Room: 600 (A) / 550 (B) / 500 (C) €
Dorm: 550 (A) / 500 (B) / 450 (C) €
Camping: 450 (A) / 400 (B) / 350 (C) € (mind that it’s gonna be cold in December)

Accommodation
Choose from a room, dorm or camping on site. Find the overview of the rooms HERE

If you’d like to be camping but cannot bring your own tent, van or hammock, we have a few of them to rent out 😉

Food
You will be served three delicious, nutritious, organic and vegetarian or vegan meals per day. Our kitchen hosts are very passionate and creative cooks and will feed our bodies and souls.

Please let us know if you have any special dietary restrictions or allergies.

Volunteering

We are looking for some volunteers that want to help us prepare, hold and taking care of the space before, during and after the retreat in exchange for a reduced price.
