A Celebration of Community, Creativity, and Abondance

Fertile Ground is a celebration of gratitude for this project and for all the people, ideas and energies that have supported it over the years. It is a space that holds all the qualities needed for something meaningful to grow: good ground, warmth between people, care, energy and attention. When we nurture it together, diverse projects can sprout, new ideas take root, and the doors open to new connections and collaborations.

📅 When?

• ARRIVING: Wednesday 3.6.26 – Camping opens from 17:00
• STARTING: Thursday, 4.6.2026 – Opening Ceremony at 15:00
• CLOSING: Sunday, 7.6.2026 – Closing ceremony at 15:00, Concerts until ca. 22:00
• CLEANUP PARTY: Monday, 8.6.2026 – Starting 11:00
• Final departure time: Monday, 8.6.2026 – 19:00

🎶 Program & Activities

We offer two live concerts daily, along with a DJ sets each night.
The cocreative workshop board will announce all offerings by participants. Tours of the property take place daily after lunch. The Cacao-Bar, the healing area and the children activities are open all day. Popup stands and small market stands will frame the programm. The Cuisine d’Abondance sells yummy food in the morning and evening.

In addition, the festival features:

• Opening & Closing Ceremonies
• Workshops, performances, fireshows & spontaneous co-creations
• Guided tours of our property, where you hear about it’s history and our story
• Our natural pond and riverside beach to chill with your friends
• Space for your gifts and crafts, bodypainting and other offerings
• Cacao Bar open all day long
• Children area with cocreated activities 
• Healing Area 
• Market area and pop-ups – bodypainting, hairbraiding, jewelery and much more
• A clothes exchange – bring you old things and leave with new ones

And of course, the festival is as much about spontaneous magic as planned programming — so bring your instruments, your ideas, and your creative spirit!

🍽 Food 

One free shared vegetarian meal will be provided daily around lunchtime.
For other meals, you have two options:

• Cuisine d’Abondance (open open morning & evening) – Offering delishious coffea, chai, juice, snacks and warm meals in the mornings and evenings.
• Collaborative Kitchen (open morning & evenig) – Cook your own food together, share food, and experience community meals

• NOTE: Fertile Ground is an alcohol- and drug-free festival. We invite you to embrace this space with a clear mind, open heart, and full presence. Please leave substances at home and join us in co-creating a joyful, conscious, and vibrant gathering! 💛

💸 Cost Transparency

Your contribution helps cover the essential costs of making this festival happen:

Total festival budget: ~20 000€

What your ticket supports:

• Renting the land & infrastructure – 8,000€
• Travel expenses for artists – 3,000€ —> 4000€
• Food & kitchen costs – 1,000€ —> 3’000€
• New investments & equipment – 2,000€ —> new stage: 1000€, new lights: 500-1000€
• Printing & promotion – 500€
• Amortisation & future improvements – 1,000€

The following things are not included in your ticket price – PLEASE BRING CASH!

(since we only cover the artists travel expenses, a hat will be passed around after each gig)

• Join the buildup and the festival as a volunteer and become part of the team that brings this vision to life. Buildup starts sunday evening 18:00 with a shared dinner!

🌾Call for Festival Volunteers – Join the Magic! 🌾

The more hands, the lighter the work – we build together, we celebrate together!

📅 When?

• Build-up team: Arrival Sunday 31.5.2026, first build-up meeting 18:00
• Build-up days: 1./2./3.6 – we build the magic together. Food and accomodation for these days is provided
• Festival Volunteer: During the festivaldays 4-7.6.2025 you contribute with one shift of 2-3 hours per day in exchange for a solidarity ticket. Accomodation is your own responsability.
• Builddown: Everyone staying after June 8 11:00 is automatically part of the cleanup party!

  • Build and decorate festival spaces
  • Set up the stage, sound, market area, and info point
  • Cook for the crew
  • Help with organization and guest reception
  • Keep our magical village clean and welcoming
  • Light fires, create chill-out corners, install compost toilets…
